Shipping & Delivery
1. How does shipping and delivery work?
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will carefully package your items within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
- We ship via signature-required delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your package. If you select the "Authority to Leave" option, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Shipping times are based on the advertised dispatch date. If an item has a pre-order date (listed next to the product name), shipping will commence from that date. Items without a pre-order date are ready to ship immediately.
2. How much does shipping cost?
- Free shipping for orders over USD 59 (after discounts, excluding tax).
- A USD 6.99 shipping fee applies to orders under USD 59.
- An additional USD 12.99 fee will be charged for shipments to Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, Iceland, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
3. When will my order arrive?
- Delivery typically takes 6-9 business days for domestic orders.
- International orders may take 10-15 business days to arrive.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Haven’t received it? Check your spam folder just in case.
5. What is shipping protection?
Shipping protection covers loss, damage, or theft of your package during transit. You can add shipping protection to your order at checkout.
6. What if my order is lost or delayed?
If your order seems lost or delayed, please keep in mind that delivery can occasionally take longer than expected.
- If your tracking shows a delay and your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, contact us at support@warmfylife.com, and we will initiate an investigation.
7. Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us with the updated details, and we’ll make the necessary changes. If your order has already shipped, you can redirect it via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Stay tuned for our special promotions and discounts throughout the year.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund Policy for details. To initiate a return, contact us at support@warmfylife.com.
2. How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions based on your location. Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
Payment
1. How secure is your payment system?
We use Shopify Payments, a highly secure and encrypted payment system that ensures your information remains safe.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and debit cards that support online transactions.
3. Do you offer payment plans?
Currently, we do not offer split payment options.
4. How do I use a discount code?
At checkout, enter your discount code in the designated box and click ‘Apply’ to see your savings before proceeding to payment.
Note: Only one discount code can be applied per order. For multiple discounts or bundles, we recommend placing separate orders.
5. What if I forgot to use my discount code?
